Buyer not responding to messages

I sell personalised items 9on a different ID) and 99% of the time buyers will leave a note at checkout, or send me a message with the name required. I have recently had 2 buyers who haven't given me any notice of what name they require. I have messaged these buyers several times asking for the details required but as of yet had no reply. To keep everything documented I only use messaging just in case of disputes over correct spelling etc.. so I don't particulary want to phone them. What's the best way to move forward as I'm nearing my shipping deadline,  cancel or just refund??

Yep, claimed it was her 'friends' number and not to contact her again on that number...

She finally supplied the name she wanted printing, so I went ahead and finalised her order. I think this buyer may make it onto my 'special' list. Some sales are just not worth the hassle...
