Hoping to have some advice about an ebayer who bought my very large item back in feb, payed paypal straight away. On checking order details found out she lives many hours away. My listing stated local pickup only but gave her benefit of the doubt that she could organise courier. Have emailed many times and she keeps on saying she'll get back to me with date but I don't get response. We had to move our furniture to storage and now paying for her item to be stored as well which I emailed her about if she could not get furniture picked up before april. Do I have rights to charge her for the storage costs and delivery to storage depot?

Tell her the item is to be picked up by **enter date** and if this is not done you will refund the payment less the fees and storage costs and you will relist.

Add them to your blocked bidder list as well so they do not purchase again.

since its after 2 months, wait until they cannot leave a neg or reclaim via paypal, tell them they have one more week to pickup then you will donate it to charity. you have gone way above what any great seller can do. its not worth the agro besides that is why you sold it in the first place to get on with your life not spend months chasing a inconsiderate fool.

I can't figure out how people can pay for something and not pick it up? Lurking on these advice boards for a couple of months now before joining I see it has happened to others as well.

Seems strange to me.

Thank you everyone for your advice. I do love the idea of donatimg item to charity. Giving her 2 more weeks to pick up from storage depot. We needed it gone cos our house is going up for sale and got told to declutter. UUrh what happened to buy item, pay for it and PICK IT UP. I really wished she had given me the opportunity to offer this item to second highest bidder and this never would have been a problem. All the extra worry, work and money costs thanks to her.
