Hi Everyone
I have a buyer who wishes to cancel their order as they have changed their mind. I have looked at the options and see "The Buyer Has Asked To Cancel The Order" if I select this will I receive a defect?

Tippy - it has always been minimum 8 days to implement an UPI - 4 to open one and 4 to close it.
It takes 10 days to close a cancellation request if the buyer doesn't respond and they haven't paid.

The seller rating system has changed and the defect system is now defunct for many things that used to be a problem.
New system doesn't come into effect until 20th Feb

My dashboard on three accounts only shows the new system, so as far as I'm concerned it is now defunct.

I realise that, that's why I was shocked when I could close the cancellations after 8 days. I was full well expecting it to take 10.
