A buyer has won a dress, she has contacted me a day after winning said item to say she realised it is wrong size so won't fit here so doesn't want to go through with purchase. What are the next stages, do i leave negative feedback for her, and cancel the transaction??? Please help? thanks

Thank for all the help guys. Sorry whats a measurement?
Er you get a tape measure & measure across the gatrment from underarm to underarm, from one side of waist to the other from one side of hipline to the other from one side of hemile to the other & from shoulder to hemline.
So you write something like this
Tagged a Size 12 but please check measurements
Taken whilst laying flat
Underarm-48cm
Waist-42cm
Hipwidth-104cm
Shoulder to hem-104cm

If they haven't paid yet then it is much better to cancel now than have them receive the item and then open an item not as described dispute.
You really do need to put basic measurements in listings for clothes or you are going to waste a lot more time dealing with answering questions prior to people bidding or afterwards dealing with unhappy buyers.
As a buyer if I look at a listing that does not contain measurements I just hit the back button and move on to a seller who would rather spend a couple of minutes providing the information I need.

Not having measurements can give people excuse of claiming not as described. They can say you listed it as 12 and in fact it is more like 8, or it is actually child's 12. If there are measurements, unless you measured wrong, they have no excuse.
