I have received a negative feedback from a buyer. The buy didn't contact us about any issue. Upon checking his feedback he has left:
38 feedback left
24 negative, 1 neutral
He's clearly abusing the system, nobody can have that many bad experiences. I contacted Ebay about having the feedback removed but got the usual 'that is their experience' blah blah.
Anyone had a similar experience and any advice on getting fb removed?

If you continue to leave +ve feedback with negative comments, sooner or later a buyer will report you.
If eBay then look at the others you've left they may well sanction you or even close your selling account down.

Interesting you reply on a post about abuse of the Feedback system, yet you do it yourself. It's friday a day for a good laugh

Did not pay, can't recommend this buyer Moss & spy Dress (#275082269527) | Buyer: s***m () | More than a year ago |
Did not pay, can't recommend this buyer Modcloth plus size (2X) Floral Dress - Aus 20-22 (#275081972481) | Buyer: s***m () | More than a year ago |
You really seem to have a lot of issues with non payers. Way more than the average person. Here is just 4 of the false positives you have left. As you can see, NO ONE can see who these buyers are, so it's completely pointless leaving false positives to warn others. Besides, people don't read positive feedback, so again, pointless.
What will eventually happen if you keep doing this is, as already mentioned, ebay will shut you down, permanently. There is no parole with ebay. It is life without parole. Never to sell again. If you try to create a new account to sell, they'll shut that down too. If there are any other members in your household who sell, they will also be shut down permanently by default.
Why don't you have buyer blocks in place to weed out the serial pests?
https://www.ebay.com.au/bmgt/buyerrequirements
Tick "buyers who have caused 2 cancellations of unpaid purchases within 12 months"
Tick "block buyers whose primary delivery address is in a location I don't post to"
Turn on "don't allow blocked buyers to contact me"
Turn on "apply above settings to active and future listings"
Click submit.
You can't do this on the app. If you use the app then you need to open the full site in a browser on your device to set up the blocks.
Then scroll up and add all your serial pests to your blocked buyer list.
