Hi,
I sold an item (Item ID: 224263531393) early December 2020, and the item was shipped via Australia Post Ordinary Mail with no tracking advice.
The purchaser has been in contact with me claiming he has not received the item, and requesting a refund.
As there was no tracking provision with the postage, there is no proof that he has not received the item.
What do you suggest I do in response to his request for a refund.
Please help ...
Thanks & regards,
Marlene Grogler.

Unfortunately, without the benefit of tracking, you will always lose a case which is opened against you.
Tracking is always there for YOUR protection, not the buyers.

No tracking means you lose every time. Refund now before ebay does it for you. Sorry.

If they have opened an INR case, you can refund them now, or ebay will automaticly refund them (at your expense) 3 days after a case is opened.
No Tracking = No Protection = No Exceptions
