Hi how can I further improve my listing please make a list. Thanks you
okay, I've had some sleep and feel refreshed (ready for another round, so to speak).
Sometimes, you can improve the odds of success in a listing by improving your other listings.
I'll use your listings for examples.
On some of your listings I have looked at you write in the description:
Delivery
Payment must be paid then handling can start. Handling can take 20- 25 Days. Leave a positive feedback for a quicker handling time (estimated 4 - 7 handling days when given positive feedback) Recommended give positive feedback for quicker handling.
This screams "SCAMMER" to me. I can't understand why you have a 20-25 day handling time that can be readily reduced to 4-7 days simply by having the buyer giving you positive feedback. I'm not saying you are a scammer, just that those words scream scammer. Expecting a buyer to leave you positive feedback before you will even consider what many would consider to be a more realistic handling time is unreasonable. Why do you have this in your listing? Have you seen it in other listings of other sellers? Would you, when you buy, leave positive feedback for a seller as soon as you pay? I know I would not. Buyers who know of the eBay MBG 32 day claim window would straight away do the maths and may feel that you are trying to stop MBG claims for your items by having a 20-25 day handling. Long handling times is something that we might expect from Chinese sellers. Are you Chinese ricky?
Some of your other listings have just 5 or 6 words in the descriptions. This gives me the impression that you are a lazy seller. Again, I am not saying you are lazy, just that those listings give that impression to this long term buyer (well, 7 years on eBay buyer with over 700 purchases on multiple IDs). Others here on the eBay boards have much more buying experience (hi lyndal) and that sort of description has them hitting the back button straight away without even reading the few words.
The description on your listing for the games bundle needs work. You have made a newbie seller error by including the words "Note : Each one can be bought separately" in the description. How exactly would that work? Would you sell one game from the bundle and adjust/reduce the asking price accordingly? Would your like members to message you with an offer for the game they want and then sell it "off-eBay"? This tactic of listing many items on one listing BUT being prepared to sell each one individually would not give me confidence in dealing with you on any of your items.
It is all about impressions buyers form about a seller. As mentioned in an earlier post on this thread, the impression you exude to buyers would have them questioning your integrity.
Now, you might not like what I have written here. Consider it tough love. No point beating around the bush and I am probably only saying what many other members are thinking. I don't think I have ESP, I have just been around these boards long enough to have seen members just like yourself come here and not get replies they were expecting and then slagging off at those that call a spade a spade. I gave you the opportunity to tell me that you didn't want me to post on your threads and you haven't done so which is why I am bothering to post again on this thread.
And to finish off I'll repeat something I wrote in a previous post on this thread . . . . . read the Site Map. Don't expect others to come along and do the work for you. If you want me to do a more detailed analysis of your listings I'll have to charge you by the hour . . . . . and I am not backward in placing a very high price on my time!!!!!!!!!

To directly answer your question.
If a buyer pays for an item by paypal but then doesn't come to pick it up, yes, he/she can get refunded without penalty.
But you won't lose as you will still have your item. You may have to contact ebay a few times to get your fees refunded though.
If they pay via paypal and the items turn out to be faultier than described, I think they may now have recourse to refunds from paypal in some situations.
So could you be scammed? Yes, I guess so. Not a nice feeling, is it.
If it is as some other boardie stated, and you have in the past sold empty boxes, inferring they were the actual contents, then you yourself have been a bit of a con artist, haven't you. There are other people like you out there but thankfully in the minority.
k1ooo slr sales is completely right. If I read an ad that had a handling time of several weeks but said I could shorten it to days by giving positive feedback, I would think 'scammer'.
If you want to use ebay regularly though, you probably need to pull up your socks. Here's how.
* Honesty. 100% honesty. Don't talk something up. If it has a fault, list it, don't try to hide it.
People on ebay are bidding on something unseen & nothing is more infuriating than to buy something not 100% as described.
* Get your act together with postage. If you can do it in days, do it. It shouldn't rely on feedback first. In fact if you can't do it in days, get off ebay. People expect fast as a matter of course these days.
* Detailed descriptions, detailed photos. Clear title.
* Get a dose of integrity. Treat buyers decently, the way you would like to be treated. If you do that, even if you make some mistakes, you should be okay, you will eventually build up a decent reputation and score and people will have more confidence in buying from you.

You shouldn't help scammers in any way shape or form lol.
OP has had their famous PS4 removed by ebay and should also have their account suspended because how can someone
with 50% feedback be allowed to sell?
This **bleep** me off and most of you know why

That neg was given by a buyer who has only 3 fb.
That was for the empty boxes. I wonder if they realised that they were empty?
And do they even know that they can get their money back?
I'm horrified that empty boxes sold for $825

be patient, these things take a little time.

My only bit of advice (apart from removing that ridiculous clause about leaving feedback before the item is sent and offering to sell items separately), you may want to check the brand name on your broken microphone. As it is now, you are keyword spamming and that can see you get booted off eBay for good. If you can't see what I mean, get your eyes tested.

Tippy, that was drawn to the OP's attention in the other post. If they had have changed to the correct name it probably would have sold - they're in fairly high demand.

Even a broken one? Although if someone knows how to fix the broken wire they'd be getting a bargain. TheOP mentioned a wire needs fixing. To me it would make sense to mention which wire needs fixing so a potential buyer can make an informed choice about whether they can fix it or not. I wouldn't buy it with that description.
If a buyer is looking for that particular one they'll put the brand in too, so this one won't show up. It reinforces to myself that I do the right thing by checking and double checking my titles before listing an item to ensure that both brand names (if there is one) and spelling are 100% correct.
