Can I use a standard ebay post satchel with an ebay prepaid express post label??

I have started offering express post as standard and paying for and printing the express label using ebay. Do I still use the same ebay flat rate satchels or do I need an express satchel which I cant seem to find unless I pay for postage again inlcuded in the satchel price. Can anyone help??

If it shows as EXPRESS on the printed label then yes use it in the satchel.

I would highlight the EXPRESS and hand it over the counter to get the tracking showing on line.

But express is only express within a certain distance from the GPO

SOmetimes it is no faster than regular postage and still costs more.

You use the same satchel and it prints Express Postage at the top (in yellow if you print in colour).

I always ask the PO staff to stick some Express tape on the satchel as well just to make sure it stands out.

If you're sending a lot of items Express have a look at the prices for Click & Send as I think they're cheaper. If you sign up to the Business 250 rates the costs are $9.30 for a 500g satchel, $13.05 for 3kg, plus the cost of the satchels.

The satchels are the same for both.It's the labels that are different .... providing you print the EXPRESS POST label and post it in the Express Post box .... there's no problem.   But then, I do mine through Click and Send.

I made a mistake in my earlier post.

I've just checked eBay Postage Labels and there is no option for Express satchels. You could still send your items in a satchel but when you choose Express you need to enter the parcel weight and dimensions.

Exactly.

We use both. We have a printout on the wall with the best postage options for assessed parcels and the flat-rate satchels and boxes so we don't have to lookup rates for every parcel.
