It could also get you some negative feedback, which I see you already have.
And the one where you ask the seller to close the case before you have resolved it is quite disturbing, this is typically what scammers do.

I looked at OP's feedback this morning & again now.
Both times I couldn't see where they asked the seller to close the case.

The item did not arrived. I asked the seller to send a replacement, which the seller did not agree. I tried my best and was polite all the time. Reply by susiesseeds. Left within past 6 months. After opening a claim to let me know that your order never arrived. I kindly asked if you didn’t mind closing the request against me as it puts a - rating against me on eBay. I offered to send some more quite happily. The response I got was actually quite a shock as you told me “No”, Then asked me why, I kindly explained my situation and that the only option was to refund you otherwise. Again said “No”. I personally believe you were not polite all the time. I’d like my customers to be happy x |

ThAnKyOu 😌 I’m certainly not a scammer. I’d rather try giving my customers and me a second chance if their item/s didn’t arrive safely than just refund them, especially if they are requesting to still receive the item. Will continue to do the best I can x

I’m happy to either refund the buyer or send them some more free of charge. I feel it’s unfair to do both. It’s all a learning game xx
