Can some point me to the latest on click and collect please? Everything I find seems to be years old

Can someone update me on the latest about Click & Send please.  I didn't offer it but my nbuyer seems to think that it means I pay the postage and she does not!  Doesn't seem very fair   How does one opt out of it?  M

Thank you all for your responses. Click & Collect sounds lika an absolute disaster!  Just need to convince buyers it's an alternative pick-up option, not a free postage service!  M
