Cannot connect Turbo Lister to internet. Have tried all suggestions nothing works. Just downloaded the program and this is first installed. Have tried reboot, reinstall and all other suggestions and have had no success! Running Windows 8.1 and IE 11.

First do a full system update, then an update. Then synchronize[sic].

You may have to close down your firewall while you dowwnload and instal TL. Try downloading through a different browser. If still no joy you could email data@turbolister.com, tell them which OS and browser version you are using.
