In my listing i put CASH only as my condition of sales. As ebay rules everybody should offer paypal(among 3 options) as a payment method. In my listing goods are only for pickup, no postage. If customer denied to pay cash and like to pay through paypal, can i refuse to accept that.
does my condition override ebays one?

Paypal doesn't cover pick up items. If they use that they can't claim. No problem for you (in theory)
What happens if buyer pays by pay pal then turns around saying the item wasn't posted? Then it would become a problem of the sellers as they don't have any proof that the item was posted and they would have to refund buyer and be out of pocket with no goods.

There is no buyer protection for cash on pick up only either.
Banks do not do charge backs willy nilly no matter what the situation - and fraudulent charge backs are not the area that most scammers tend to play in. - too much paperwork involved.

So it is a bit clearer - there is no paypal for cash on pick up items (post method) paid for by paypal (payment method).
