Charged twice for postage fee

Hello eBay,

I have been charged twice for the postage fee of an item I recently sold, which I reckon is because I generated the label twice once I noticed my own address on the label was an old address. This is despite the fact that I had updated my address in my account, but it seems there are multiple places where the address is recorded, which I didn't know. 

Anyway, I could post the sold item only once, not twice; so, why am I being charged twice for it?

Can eBay please amend the transactions such that postage fee is deducted only once, please.

Not eBay here, other members like yourself

You generated two labels and charged for two

It is up to you to cancel the one you didn't use, eBay won't do it for you

You need to cancel the label that you did not use (make sure you cancel the right one).

You only have 5 days to cancel the label, starting from the time the label was generated.

You then need to wait about 6 weeks, for AP to confirm the label was not used, before a refund will be authorized and paid via ebay.

The same thing has just happened to me in the last week. But I cannot cancel the label because according to my orders there was only one label - the one that's been used to send the parcel. I'm currently -$16.98 in my account and have no way of sorting this out. Tried "talking" to the chat and asked to speak to an agent and nothing happened.  I've already been charged the $16.98 in my seller's fees, so why are they trying to charge it again?

The cost of postage labels, is not included in your sales fee.  It is a separate charge, and is applied once you generate an ebay postage label.
