Checking Out of stock items on multi variation listings

I have my Active Listings sorted by Qty, so at the top I can see what is close to running out, 

or what has run out to order more.

However, on multi variation listings, ie, listings where you can choose 

a particular size of the product or colour etc.

When 1 or 2 of this sizes or colours get run out, but the other sizes colours are plenty 

of stock, That original Active Listing view sort by qty wont come up.

As it adds all the variations stock numbers and gives the total as the qty count.

Has anyone figured out how to see variation listings out of stock or low qtys?

I use file exchange to do a CSV file download of active listings then open the downloaded file in excel.
Once in excel it's pretty straightforward to locate any low or out of stock items.

Oh BTW if you don't have access to File Exchange then a phone call to eBay they will enable it for you.

Thankyou for the help, can you please list the steps you take to do this.

I can't find file exchange, maybe i need it enabled.

But it would be nice for a step by step if you can.
