Is there any way I can go back to the start of the financial year (July) and get a month by month history of my sales ? Or is 60 days the maximum you can see ?
Been searching for an hour and can`t find a way of doing it
Anyone able to help me with this ?
Thanks Everyone

If you click on Reporting in Selling Manager, the next screen will probably say something along the lines of "generating report" etc because the default is set to current month, but if you bring up the dropdown menu for month (Period), you should be able to select to view sales records from previous months (mine goes back to Sepember 2012). At the top, it will also give you gross sale amount, Total cost (comprised of postage, eBay and PayPal fees, which is broken down at the end of the page), then net gain (gross sales - postage, eBay/PayPal fees).
The individual sales for that month are also itemised.
I also have my weekly sales automatically downloaded to a CSV file, but you could probably set it to monthly so you would have a record on the computer, as well.

My eBay > Account. Over on the right is an 'Invoices' option. Selectt the relevant month and you will get the invoice for that month, which includes FVFs for sales and listing fees charged.
Repeat until satiated.
Also note the option to download invoices automatically.

Thanks guys. The invoice option only shows what my fees were, not how much my sales totalled.
I had to subscripe to Selling Manager Pro to get ($6.99 per month). Gives a pretty detailed account of sales from what I read. Still waiting for them to generate report, so can`t see exactly what it shows yet

As you are a store owner SMP should be free.
I certainly hope so, or I will be cancelling my subscription forthwith. As I don't use it.

Wow Digital - I never knew that method before (how did I miss that??). I always went to 'paid and posted' and downloaded monthly sales before they disappear.
Dave's method is good also which I also do - particularly the graphs are handy.
I have a habit of clicking on every available option just to see what it does (I'd be a nightmare on an aeroplane, or anything with a lot of buttons, especially if coupled with flashing lights )
@pickapresent - You'll find that Selling Manager Pro will appear on your invoice as a $9.95 (I think) charge, then as a credit. It's a separate subscription to the store, so while free as long as you have one, if you ever close the shop you have to also unsubscribe from SMP (unless you're prepared to pay $10-odd a month for it).
