Click and send is driving me insane this week! Wake up to post parcels and its down again. Might be time to re think how I post. So frustrating!

Its been down for quite a while now, I went to process parcels last night and it was down then. ๐

Yes, it's down because of yet ANOTHER security breach:
My favourite part of the article is the bit where it says that " the company did not believe people were smart enough to discover a flaw on its Click & Send service that was putting customers' privacy at risk."
How complimentary.
This latest screw up makes me more and more disgruntled. These things are so easily prevented with good IT security. But I guess we don't deserve that . . . .

Hope they get it fixed sometime today, hate to dissapoint customers and breech our 1 day postage terms. ๐ฎ

I havent had to use it much lately, but might be worth charging the prices for the other AP satchels just to cover ourselves in times like this. I am thinking about it
I was ondering wy Click & Send wasnt working before as it is my homepage on Firefox - I thought my connection was playing up!

Hang on...isn't this the SAME problem that they supposedly ALREADY fixed ????

To compound this problem, the PayPal site
keeps reporting
Server is too busy

Yeah it's been going on the whole week and they think telling you to go to the nearest Aus Post Shop solves the problem, the reason I use Click and Send is because the nearest Aus Post Shop is miles away!

Drats!!!! I thought you may be able to as least get into the site as wanted to check something. :_|
That's so bad, admitting they knew of a flaw - obvously their programmers are not doing their job properly.

Going to a post office is not an option for me.
We just had a sale and just can't afford the extra cost compared to Click & Send. Even a zero tracking no 'proof of sending' prepaid satchel costs too much more.
