I sent an urgent query to C&S on 14th May about an error message I was getting that was blocking me from printing a label.
I asked for an immdeiate response as I needed to mail out an item that day.
They have just responded to the original question today. Three weeks later.
I found my own way around the problem in the end. I had to revalidate and resave my own from address.
The error: "Ship from state is invalid"
Just as well I put urgent on the original question. LOL
