I just started creating my many orders on click and send and then it froze, now it shows a page:
"You've requested a page that currently is on the Incapsula network. Incapsula was unable to connect to the server. "
I can't say I am surprised, Auspost have clearly not prepared themselves for the large amount of sellers posting out gifts for christmas...
It's ok Auspost... I only have 25 parcels that i need to post out tomorrow morning...!!

Some Homer Simpson-like character is probably the webmaster for C&S - I keep envisioning that scene where he's in the hospital bed pushing the button for fun, only in this instance someone's at a computer going "site goes up, site goes down, site goes up...."

Works OK ( for me so far ) if you go via AusPost main page.
You get a security certificate error but what the hey.

I still cant get it to it
Most other sites would know how to fix problems, Click & Send have no idea and from a big compny like AP, it is disgraceful

i too get frustrated with click and send but i honestly can say that even with the occasional down time which usually only lasts 1 day i still find it heaps easier then going to the post office
