Hope somebody can give me a quick answer.
Buyer paid by bank deposit, sent item via click and send, buyer claims not received even though tracking says delivered.
I can chase it up with austpost, but if no joy am I still protected by sending by click and send even though buyer did not use paypal to purchase item?
Or do I not have a leg to stand on?

Mmmm bags out sellers that leave feedback for buyers that don't pay - even when they issue unpaid strikes.
Mmm - gives 3 unpaid strikes to non-paying buyer - and then issues 3 mutual cancellations to same non paying buyer as worried about negative ?????

I have come to the same conclusion as another poster.
Thats sure one big, deep hole you have dug for yourself.
Queen, wishing you well in your selling, thanks for the discussion.
Over and Out.

I opted to go for three mutual cancellations as the buyer was peed off that I raised three disputes against them, and wanted me to cancel the disputes. In the meantime they bought more (well auction bombed) without letting me know and before I could block them and before I closed the disputes and wanted to pay for all six items. I decided that it wasnt worth the stress considering they didnt bother to contact me for 10 days and their atrocious feedback and leaving me open to a negative, so there you go.
Going from the replies back from the other sellers she would email them asking for extra time, offering excuse after excuse for nonpayment and then no more communication, exactly what is happening now in my situation.

If you do a NPB and they don't pay, you can get any negative left prior to the dispute closing removed and the buyer can't leave feedback afterwards.
If you offer a MC, the buyer can leave feedback, regardless of the outcome of the MC, and eBay is unlikely to remove it.
