Hi Support Team,
We have a customer who requests return the item, as she reckons it doesn't work. We have contact customer via phone, explained how to use that nozzle, that is all good now, we also left her msg via eBay.
After all those actions, how could we close that return request pls?

Not eBay here, just members like yourself.
The buyer is the only one that has to close the case since they would have opened it in the first place. If they haven't escalated it to a dispute then it will eventually time out, I think after about 30 days if there's no furthur input.
