My sold item was delivered for the convenience of the buyer and not picked-up.
The buyer did not have an automatically generated code when the item was delivered.
The status of the item is not "pending" delivery.
How do i now mark the item as delivered?

Did you upload the tracking number ?

Edit. Or did you deliver it yourself ?

No. The item was personally delivered. I went to the buyers address.

More importantly how do you prove it was hand delivered if the buyer opens an item not received dispute
And have you completed sign up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell?
A lot has changed since 'more than a year ago' when it comes to selling
Your funds will be on hold again etc etc
Even more so when you cannot prove the buyer received the item

what proof of delivery do you have, note if you delivered the item personally, your say so does not count.

Is it the one that left you feedback for the books ?

Yes. I have been in contact with the buyer and he is trying to assist me to rectify the problem.

"The status of the item is not "pending" delivery."
No, it won't for pick up only items.
How did the buyer pay ?

I can't mark as "sent" because the item was listed only for pick-up.
The only option available to me is to "Enter the buyer's 6-digit code, located in their confirmation email" to confirm "pick-up.
The buyer did not receive a code>
