Detailed seller rating report

I don't normally run a seller report, but did one today out of curiosity - I think I set the parameter for around the last 60 days.

I noticed that someone left me 2 stars for "Item as Described"

Is there any way to see which item/transaction that rating was for?

The curiosity of who it was will continue to haunt me though 🙂

You can still work it out with a bit of patience:

1. Run a report with item numbers, until you find "clean" item numbers (that show all 5s on the report).

2. Once you have item numbers that are all 5s, start substituting in the suspect item numbers until you get a report showing the 2 star rating to find which item it was.

3. Then you can run a date report on that item to narrow it down and find out which buyer left it.

Some people can be bothered doing this, some people can't. Me? I don't want passive aggressive buyers who leave 1s or 2s and don't even bother contacting me, so I find them and block them.

I'm running the reports now and narrowing it down.

I'll find that sucker if it takes me the rest of the evening (I have nothing better to do on a Friday anyway, lol)

And I subsequently discover I can only run x amount of reports per day.

Aaargh!
