Can't get registered postage for 70 cents. 

So definitely a loss on this one.

All sellers in this category self- insure. If the buyer wants it registered,

then they pay extra for it.

I just mentioned it as this particular listing has free registered postage stated.

I think that will cost the seller around 3.30 to send, not to mention the fees.
