I am having issues getting onto an agent to discuss my duplicate late issue.
And also trying to find out what hours we can talk to a human online for help?

I have logged a cancellation request however its been a couple of weeks already.

Did you cancel the label within the five day limit, if so it can take six weeks or more, for AP to confirm the label has not been used, after which time ebay will issue a refund.

Hi Cindy,
You’re not the only one. Getting a human right now is tricky. Support hours seem limited and the chat option only shows up at certain times. Best bet is to keep clicking through Help & Contact until the agent option appears.
