Ebay Cancelled my Selling Account Indefinately

Ebay has cancelled my seller account under the assumption I was selling "Fake" Blu ray's. Even though I have proved to them by way of supplier receipts they still will not re-instate my account. I have called ebay and they will not put me through to anyone that can overturn or review the decisiontelling me I can only email customer help and I just keep getting defult responses form them.

Can someone please give me the email address of the Ebay CEO or complaints department regarding Ebay's handling of this complaint.

Also do I have any rights under the Fair Trading Act as a customer of Ebay, with a seller account and Ebay Store?

Thanks Everyone, it sure was a fight but I knew the truth would prevail sooner or later, I am glad it was sooner rather than later

I can withdraw my paypal money again, but they are letting it go slowly as they were before.

The Ebay rep that rang this morning said he would put a note on my account for Paypal. So Fingers crossed that will be last I hear of Paypal too 🙂

Spent most of today relisting I am at 140 of 980 - Long way to go yet 🙂

I'm with greencat on this while it's great news that your account has been reactivated and I nearly fell over when I read it, what about lost revenue and damage to your reputation.

Again while you got the outcome you wanted this could ultimately cause a considerable drop in sales for you.

I've never been on discussion board before - listed Burberry trench coat last year, item was immediately taken off by ebay, emailed photos to Burberry London, they verified authentic.

Have relisted 3 times, no issue, sold last night, within minutes ebay had cancelled sale &

suspended my account. 3 emails & phone call to customer support, no reply.

What should I do now? Angry buyer accusing me of selling fake, loss of income & repute.

I've never been on discussion board before -

it might be better to start a new topic so people can deal with your problem and not get confused by all the other comments in this old thread.   By the way, your account is not suspended as you do have other items listed.

Sounds like you have been given a selling suspension;this means you can't list anything until you've served whatever time they gave you.
