Ebay Cancelled my Selling Account Indefinately

Ebay has cancelled my seller account under the assumption I was selling "Fake" Blu ray's. Even though I have proved to them by way of supplier receipts they still will not re-instate my account. I have called ebay and they will not put me through to anyone that can overturn or review the decisiontelling me I can only email customer help and I just keep getting defult responses form them.

Can someone please give me the email address of the Ebay CEO or complaints department regarding Ebay's handling of this complaint.

Also do I have any rights under the Fair Trading Act as a customer of Ebay, with a seller account and Ebay Store?

......And yet still not  one person in ebay who is communicating with me. By Email or by phone. Not one person that can use their common sense to see how ridiculous they are being. Maybe I was stepping on the toes of an Ebay Employee who is selling the same product?

"The reason your acocunt was suspended is because we cannot determine whether your items are "Fake" or not"....

What sort of explanation is that?

So if they eBay decide to ban a seller because they are indigenous or female or any other reason that's OK with you.

No, it would not be OK with me, and they would not do that.  However, eBay cannot in all fairness judge product that is sourced in UK and shipped directly to buyers. 

The OP is in really bad position, but supplying for instance receipts showing he got some items from Amazon, does not mean that the item the buyer complained about was the item from Amazon - can you see the dilemma?

Yes, $3 000 a months is peanuts for eBay, it is not worth the hassle for them to argue with large companies that hunt for people selling counterfeit of their items.  If I was the OP I would be more worried what the company may do.  Because it would be up to him to prove that the item that he never actually had in his hands is the real thing, not to mention that it could have been substituted by disgruntled buyer  😞

They have not told me who the "Discruntled Buyer" is. But the Receipts from Ebay have my address and the Buyers address on the Receipt. Which would prove the item they Bought was the item I shipped to them if they actually gave me a name of someone who was complaining I could prove the item came from Amazon easy done.

Problme now is I am still fulfilling order purchased up to 1am This morning (which is when they cancelled my selleraccount) and I am unable to even mark the items as shipped.

Yep I cannot believe this has happened, I will not be able to sleep tonight.

I was diagnosed with MS last year and I just quit my Part-time Employment to throw myself into this full-time as I could work this around my illness and now this happens. I have an ABN setup and everything.

I just dont understand the arrogance of the employee's that they do not even have the decency to respond or even admit they did the wrong thing they are always so adament that sellers need to respond in a timely manner to buyers to keep them Happy.

I contacted them on Facebook as you suggested Sparklz, they told me to PM them and that was it, no response or acknowledgment of receiving my PM.  Its just down right rude.

Edit: I got a response from Ebay 7 minutes ago saying "they will get back to me shortly"

The complaints about sound and quality not being good is probably because those buyers don´t realise they need high quality cables for the best results.

No you don't.. One HDMI cord is as good as another, companies who make them just tell you that you need to spend $20 on one so they can make money.. I have one that I paid $4 for and it works as good as the one we have that we paid $20 for

Ebay,com,au on facebook has got back to me and advises they have escalated this to Managment and someone should be in touch with me shortly. Fingers Crossed.
