Ebay Cancelled my Selling Account Indefinately

Ebay has cancelled my seller account under the assumption I was selling "Fake" Blu ray's. Even though I have proved to them by way of supplier receipts they still will not re-instate my account. I have called ebay and they will not put me through to anyone that can overturn or review the decisiontelling me I can only email customer help and I just keep getting defult responses form them.
Can someone please give me the email address of the Ebay CEO or complaints department regarding Ebay's handling of this complaint.
Also do I have any rights under the Fair Trading Act as a customer of Ebay, with a seller account and Ebay Store?

Yes I did get a response from amazon.

Yes, I think that is your best bet is to let the 2 giants to battle it out. Amazon cannot be happy to be accused of selling fakes.
AA please, do not think that I do not sympathise, but the fact is that big corporations do not give a damn about ordinary people, never did and never will. The people you talk to are just employees who do their job, and have no power to help you, and if they step over the line they will most likely be out of their job too.

If you are really 100% positive that the product you have been supplying is not counterfeit (keeping in mind that the items were never in your actual possession and so you are relying on someone elses honesty) then I would gather as many invoices as possible and draft a calm, civil and clear email with as much detail about your suppliers as possible (but no emotional stuff about being treated unfairly or being ignored), attach the invoices and send it to trust and safety again.
Yes I am 100% sure that the items are not counterfeit, Amazon are a reputable company and when I started this in August 2011, i spoke with Paypal and they also agreed that Amazon was a reputible dealer. I have over 4000 invoices as an invoice is generated for each sale through Amazon, The File is huge. Trust and Safety will not respond to my emails and they do not have phones for incoming or outgoing calls apparently.

I can understand it, she has probably had personal experience with Ebay. There is not much they can do to help me really.

Can I just ask why you think a company like Amazon is so trustworthy yet you have so little trust in eBay and their Trust & Safety Team?
I wish you all the best in fighting this, but I wonder if you have ever contacted Amazon in the past about claims from buyers that the items were poor quality or fake and demanded a refund so that you could pass that on to the buyer?
If you read what the Trust & Safety Team are saying in that email, they have had too many complaints about your items being fake. So whether your items were genuine or not eBay feels you are no longer worth the risk because a bad buying experience for any of their members could impact on eBay's reputation and the rest of us sellers might miss out on potential sales when buyers stop visiting the site.
But here's the thing... all of us are vulnerable here. If our competitor decides to get rid of us they need only organise for a number of members to complain about our items.
For years experienced sellers have warned others Do not put all of your eggs into the eBay basket. I am genuinely sorry this has happened to you, but you are still a registered member and probably have a number of members signed up to your newsletter.
If you really do believe Amazon are trustworthy and prepared to risk them again then open up a website and send out a very carefully worded email. Unfortunately as this happened all so quickly and I was bombarded with orders over xmas plus working Part-time, i never had time for marketing. This is why I quit my job to do this full-time. This was my first week working on this Full-time I only have 7 members subscribed to emails in my Ebay store.
I had 1000 Items listed on Ebay. The time it took me to create those listings is priceless. I would like to join your group and maybe take this to another level but like I said I now have no disposable income and need to live off what paypal has left after refunding all my customers that Ebay told to make a claim to, but that I have already posted items to. Surprisingly alot of buyers are very understanding and still want there purchases, so hopefully the sockwaves wont be as bad as I expect.

If only ebay were so swift in removing the millions of counterfeit designer items...
From the amount of threads you see here complaining about counterfeit goods and fake jewelry you would think that ebay would do something, but the common response from some on the boards is "ebay don't have the man power to investigate and remove listings and there is no way for them to know that it wasn't another seller reporting them" Well, they sure as hell responded pretty quickly to complaints from only a couple of customers of this buyer..
If he was in the practice of selling fakes, then surely he would have more negative feedback to reflect this, which he doesn't.
AA I hope you can get this sorted eventually.
