I have noticed today and a believe this buyer did the same thing a while back. They have qualified for the $4 Ebay plus Postage option yet live know where near metro Brisbane I know this for a fact as we lived out in this area for several years. My question is it possible for a buyer to set their account up for ebay plus in a metro area and if they move can they take Ebay plus with them to a new non metro address thinking this may be a loophole they have found and using Australia Post the $4 token barely covers cost in metro areas so rural areas are clearly dearer to post too.
