Ebay did not update seller performance level

Hi checking with other sellers

My ebay seller profile was supposed to be updated today 20th March from below performance to above performance.

I realise my seller hub did not update and still charging me the extra 5% for each sale for "below performance" status.

I've been waiting for the status to change as I can confirm before 20th March it should be revised today, while it says now the next revision is 20th April. My seller performance has improved and the only thing that flagged it was cancelled sale more than a year ago.

Does anyone have the same problem?

You seem to have forgotten the neg you received a couple of months ago................

1 cancelled sale in 12 months is unlikely to do it,

What do your sales metrics show

• Transaction defect rate 0.00%
• Late shipment rate 0.00%
• Cases closed without seller resolution 0.00%

You say more than a year ago and yet the neg you have is 'past 6 months' and in your reply you mention Australia Day as the reason the buyer waited 16 days

And yes, others who are below standard with recent negs will be the same
