Ebay has changed the information available from search results - I hate it

So, I've been a seller for about eighteen months now and generally content with things so this is my first whinge. From this morning Ebay appears to have changed search results so that there is no seller identity or location available on the first page of results - as a customer I really hate not having that information available immediately. As a seller I also hate the fact that price promotions no longer show in the first page of results so that customers will not know that a seller is running  a promotion unless they click on the specific item. Anyone else feel likewise?

Thankfully, my search results reverted back to the good old way today. I can finally search effectively again.

Clear your cache and cookies and/or reboot.

My results are hit and miss at the moment. One refresh will show them, another will not.

Clearing the cache/cookies/restarting is a bit moot when I can just use Shift+F5 to ignore cached content.

Rebooting also clears clogs.

But what would I know? I've probably been working in IT since before you were born.

You mentioned cookies specifically, so I'm not sure why you're having trouble understanding my response.

Rebooting doesn't always fix cases like this as it appears to be affecting my account, even on different browsers. Other people have mentioned issues on here, and elsewhere, with search results being changed to show no location/seller/etc, I had the same issue initially. When those other people mentioned that their search results were restored, my results still showed incomplete results until I got in touch with eBay support.

Good job on making assumptions though... I've been in the IT field for a little over 30 years now, and I'm not doubting that you've possibly been in the IT field longer.
