I put up a listing for brand new air Jordan’s, despite me providing a “kicks crew verified” thick completely plastic tag which was never removed after purchase and can only be removed by cutting and once cut cannot be rejoined. As well as having the paperwork for it being properly verified. I’m selling them because they were bought years ago in the wrong size from the official kicks crew website ( these were the classic design no longer on the air Jordan website) and I was unable to return them. They are 100% authentic the label is clearly shown in the photos, as is the “AIR JORDAN” on the size with the “tm” clearly shown. I showed every possible thing that proves it authenticity, and yet it keeps getting removed.

Other members cannot override eBay deciding to remove your listing
But if you keep on listing them when eBay keep removing them, you may find yourself banned from selling
Do you get communication (messages) from eBay saying they removed them and you need to fix something about your listing?
Or not to relist them again?
Do they come under VeRO by any chance?

If they have already been sold to you, they are no longer brand new.

Well - no - if the tags are still attached - they have never been worn - they are - therefore brand new.

I think you will find they are new unused, new with tags, but not brand new.

This is ebays options when listing shoes. As long as you dont wear them they are brand new.

So they are not listed as brand new, New with box, new with tags, new unused?.
If an item is listed as brand new, it can fall foul of vero.
If the OP has indeed listed the item as brand new, maybe they are not listing in correct category.

Didn't someone else post recently that eBay removed their listing for air Jordans of some kind?

I am not commenting here about ebay policy as I no longer sell so I am not up with it all.
But just speaking as a buyer...
If something is listed as brand new, I expect it to be something that isn't too old.
For example, I had a friend who had a pair of work boots, in original condition with tags, never worn, in box. She sold as brand new on ebay (this was a few years back) and the buyer wrote to her and said the first time he wore them, the sole cracked.
She rang me and asked what she was supposed to do as it 'wasn't her fault' they were 'new', should she offer to send him some glue? I said no way, refund in full as if he opens a claim, ebay will definitely refund him. Which she eventually did, reluctantly.
I also bought a pair of shoes, brand new, froma store closing down. Never wore them for a couple of years as they were an unusual bright colour but one day decided to give them a go. the entire heel and sole started to crack and fall away within half an hour and I had not done any real walking!
What i have taken away from that is shoes may be new as in unworn & still in box, but if they have been stored for quite a while, I personally would never list them as brand new.

Hi springy, shoes in general are notorious for deteriorating over time, worn or not.
Had a quantity of golf shoes a while back, new in box, were from a sports store closure, all high quality brands. Took over 12 months to sell them all and all was well, except for the last pair to sell. First time used by the buyer and the inner lining disintegrated.
Nothing to do with shoes, but also had a shipment of high quality brand, adventure tents. $1000 each retail
New in original packaging and were selling like hot cakes, then it was found the inner waterproofing was disintegrating. All sales were refunded and they got to keep them, now that was an expensive exercise.
