They all have two left hands and sticky fingers.I have lost enough of money due to their stupidity and lack of professional
work as well as some sellers that are simply big thieves.

What was wrong with the generator?
on 30-12-2014 09:38 PM
It was not brand new.In Honda box with oil and petrol leaking.I could see it was tampered with so I have sent it back.Bought on 3.12,
got it after seller delays on 15.12,sent it back on 17.12.Still in transit.I had such excitement before and I do not that for my money.
Paypal sits on my money now."Experts at work"

Please tell me you opened an item not as described case and didn't just send it back? If you just sent it back, it will be very difficult to get your money back if the seller wants to play games.

Maybe what I have written was not precise.I have opened a case, paypal within two days directed me to send it back as seller
accepted return but it has taken till today that I got my money back despite a fact the item is still in transit.Sits in Chullora since
20.12.As the seller runs a business he is obliged to pay for return of item. That's Australian law. It's $95.Now I have to do something
to get the money as well.Big mess.As it is not the first time I get tired of such situations.

So pleased to hear you opened a case! Hopefully once the seller confirms the return you'll get the postage cost back too. If you sent with tracking (which PayPal should have told you to do), once the tracking says delivered, if they haven't refunded you, get on the blower and tell them to check the tracking number. I would also remind them that as the seller is a business, he has to pay the return costs.
Sounds like it's all working out OK, just taking some time. There have been hold ups with postage due to the time of year.
