Ebay tried to charge me $455 after paying me $390, They will have to take it up in court if they want it.
They are getting 390.

Also 0 packing material internally, when I sent it meticulously packed. Theirs no way it wasn't damaged from transport.
This is deliberate damage.
I really really hope ebay sends me some debt threat, I will laugh my **bleep**ing **bleep** off. Good luck ebay!

Don't worry, they will and it will be court appointed debt collectors to seize any of your possessions to pay for the debt (and the debt collectors fees as well of course.............).

Destroyed the product box, which was in perfect condition.
you are assuming Australia Post didnt destroy the box on its travels, plus also when you open a box if it has being sealed properly you sometimes need to damage it.
PS. Picture doesnt look to destroyed.

They are trying to charge me 60$ for what is illegal conduct under consumer law. I of course emptied my bank account, They can sue me and explain why they tried to bill me before I received item and despite it being sent back damaged without providing me a single service those feed are supposed to pay for.
Ah that is where you are wrong, they allowed you to list your item, they found a buyer for your item, they handled the money transfer for your item.
They actually have provided a good service,
It's not Ebays fault you sent a damaged camera. They have still done their bit, in fact they went above and beyond by facilitating your buyer getting a refund for what they had being sent.
Personally Ebay should have received an additional service fee.

Ha Ha, somehow I do not think so. It is a legitimate debt that you have incurred, as per T&C's.
You have authorized ebay to deduct funds owing, from your account. If the bank does not put your account in the red, then it is most likely the debt will be sold to debt collectors, debt collectors will then add a couple of hundred onto the initial debt, to cover there costs, and on top of that the debt will continue to accrue interest until it is settled.
On top of all that it will be recorded against you as a bad debt, I think for 5 yrs.
You can of course try to drop off the radar, to avoid the debt collectors, but this is an expensive exercise and success is not guaranteed. Lot of effort and cost for the sake of $60

And an interesting neg, may indicate there was more to the story than OP suggests.

Did you try again to inform ebay? Technical errors usually resolve themselves in an hour or two
