Fake listing and eBay are not doing anything about it

A friend of mine is selling a high-end model car. This is his listing: 397148418733

Someone else has posted the same car with the same pictures here: 406302930567

Reported it, but eBay are doing absolutely nothing.

It's obvious the person in the second listing does NOT have 3 cars to sell. If they did, then why are they using just one (stolen) picture?

All photos for new items are up for grabs according to eBay rules.

Used items MUST have photos of the exact item for sale.

The funny thing is, the original listing is 'used' whereas the fake one is 'new'.

That's my point........but why do you say fake?

It's still sealed, so is considered 'new, old stock' I guess.

I agree. It looks like a scam listing to me.

VERY  typical of a scam with   a one line description (the title) followed by  "sent  with eBay postage labels" and the image.

I'll report it too but  unlikely eBay will do anything !
