Hi All,
I am open to all opinons. I am trying to do some research before becoming a seller. Do i have to use AustPost, or can I use Fastway couriers as soon as I start up - because i've read about having to meet min. weekly deliveries.
I've seen older post back in 2013-2014 in regards to fastway couriers services. Have they improved for people since?
Do they easily deliver on time for customers nationally?
Thank you in advance.

Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT use FW Couriers. I have lost count of the amount of times my parcels have failed to arrive & when I chase them up, find they are with FW who then tell me I am oustside of their service area & it's my responsibility to contact the sender. They are simply the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Rant over.

Did you notice the date on the opening post of this thread????
Nothing has been gained by you dragging it up again.
By now everybody knows of their reputation.
DEAD THREAD

Use Fastway couriers at your own peril.
Informed buyers that know you are using Fastway will not buy from you, and of the ones that do, some 90% will lodge non receipt claims with eBay

I would NEVER use Aust post, they are unreliable, never deliver when they say.
Fastway are amazing, always reliable and deliver when they say

That is the funniest post on this whole sorry thread.
Do you work for Fastway?

Are you for real?
We post 20+ odd parcels with AusPost per week and over the past 6 months or so have never had an issue with delivery.
In contrast, 2 parties we have bought items from have used Fastway to send from another capital city metro area and each took 7 days to arrive.

Are you for real? This question is over two years old.

Yes, it is 2 years old but is still ticking along with regular posts.
pdme_dolls did not drag this thread up from 2 years ago so why aim your comment at her?
There is another Fastway thread that is even older but it is still getting regular posts as Fastway does not change iunfortunately.

Yes, but it's only been TEN months since you said this.

I would be interested to know what your point is.
That I posted noting the age of the thread 10 months ago? Or that the thread is now 27 months old? Or that you have no point (my guess)?
