Feedback follow-up

Buyers are supposed to have anonymity aren't they?

I have noticed a lot of sellers (and large ones at that) leaving

follow-up replies to negative/neutral feedback naming the disgruntled buyers,

 for all to see.

And I'm talking Aussie sellers, not the million and one chinese sellers.

I think it's poor public relations myself,  in that it reflects badly on

your ability to deal with the situation.

So, is this allowed?  Or are they bending the rules do you think?

I saw that too Stawka and I wasn't sure whether it is allowed.  I guess so, but if the buyer didn't appreciate it they could contact ebay and ask them to remove it.

I can understand why some sellers would do it, but not if the fault was theirs.

Re: Feedback follow-up

Really, it is only polite to address someone by their name, isn't it? Even more polite if they have accused you nefarious activities, like mailing one whole hour after they paid, or using Aus Post and their item gets there one day after Ebay says, or they just cannot read descriptions.

I love it!

Didn't see the panda and baby but,   this one  -   301266080985
