Hmm, I posted on here a week ago about a buyer having incorrect postage details, that i ended up calling paypal about, long story short, i posted the item, it's at the post office waiting for it to get picked up.
the buyer has given me a negative feedback for item not recieved, but i just checked that it's still sitting at the post office. I dunno and now don't care if they do pick it up now, but can i get ebay to remove the feedback?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you are showing no negative feedback. Does that mean eBay removed it? YAY for you!!
I used to worry about buyers not leaving feedback, but now I don't care. At least by not leaving feedback they're not trashing those oh so important stars, leaving me with more defects.

I've taken a screen shot of it!
I've also got my logement receipt (hand written and stamped by the P.O.)
I've now awoken to 3 messages from the buyer... all telling me what her CORRECT address is, and an item not recieved case dispute opened.
I feel like escalating it to a claim myself...

No,
It's on my other account.... I still sell on this one, but i only sell books on the other account.
Before this SHEET going on and ebay's new policy changes i was building it up to become a store.... now i'm just thinking about closing it....

Oh dagnabit :(. I was hoping eBay might have got something right for a change.

*snorts*
I haven't rang them yet...
I'm looking at this claim stuff....
The biggest thing that annoys me is that i has sold about 60 items, i had feedback only for 25, (all with 5/5 stars) so my feed back is now TOTALLY trashed!

I am not sure about calling ebay. I got more depressed after calling ebay for a feedback removal.
I sold this monitor of mine to a friend and forgot to take down the ebay listing. I apologised and refunded the buyer as soon as I realised the mistake. Guess what, the buyer kept asking for some compensation because he now missed the ebay 15% discount offered on ebay's 15th birthday, which has nothing to do with me.
The buyer was clearly trying to extort money from me. After a while the buyer gave up and left negative feedback.
I reported the buyer, got a response saying the buyer did the right thing, and "the buyer was even trying to solve the problem" by extorting me...
I rang ebay's number, the call went to an overseas call centre and the lady over the phone was all defending the buyer and in the end i gave up...
It's a culture, ebay created and paypal enforced.

Looks like this is working out for me!
I just rang PP about the case.
They told me that the CS who i spoke to last week should not have told me to send the item.
Now i'm going to call ebay and try to get the feedback removed.
WISH ME LUCK!

I have a friend who recently sold a pair of shoes. An expensive brand that she had never worn, although they had been in her wardrobe. She supplied 4 clear photos of them. You can see the sole is clean etc
The buyer gave her neg feedback with a comment like 'new without tags my **bleep**, but I'll keep them as postage was fast and they were cheap."
My friend is very upset because she genuinely had never worn them anf felt the photos backed her up on the fact they were new condition.
I've told her to contact ebay support on this but when i looked it up myself, out of curiosity, there does not seem to be a category where ebay will remove feedback simply because it is inaccurate and trying to get to a phone number isn't easy. If you go to customer support/selling/feedback/removing feedback/Can feedback be changed or removed? or Another problem, I find you go round and round in circles, it keeps taking you back to ask what is the problem. Click contact us and same thing. It is hard to get the phone number to even show up.
I suppose you can get their phone number some other way, ticking some other option, but to my mind, it shouldn't be so hard.
