Free listing promotion is not free

I have just received the latest free listing promotion to list as many items from 26.2.19 - 5.3.19

All looks good until you try to use it.

You will still get charged $1.65 for each one.

Not happy.

No, not everyone gets the weekend promos.  A friend of mine used to get it on both IDs but now only gets it on one so there's no guarantee you'll always get them.  Stores never get them.  If you get them they show in your promo area where the counter is. 

If you click on the link and then on accept, it'll show 2 days ahead of time whether it'll work for you, but it won't show in the promo area until the promo actually starts.

Ps:    $24.95 for a basic store and you get 600 free listings AND your final value fees are less.

These days that's the price of a coffe and two sandwiches.    Stay out of the coffee shop once a month and you've got it covered.

Frankly, I think ebay should get rid of all the free listings promotions (expecially since they don't offer them to stores, who after all pay every month)  and maybe they will have time to concentrate on some of the software things that need fixing - like the "Australia only" search for example.

Has anybody else had this promo end?

Mine is showing ended at 1715 today.

 Yes - mine also.  Was not due to end until 5the but was ended at 5:15 pm today

Mine quietly disappeared on two IDs. I haven't checked the third one yet. The t&c's did say they could change or end them at any time but I don't know whether that was there originally or only added when they changed it.

I can't tell the time mine ended because they've disappeared without a trace.

if you have a look at expired promotions it will say the time it ended. I am onto eBay now to get the story
