Free listings??? How come?

Just listed a couple of things and wasn't charged a fee. Anyone know why? I'm a so-called powerseller.

least you got the email s4, I didn't even get that. why don't you call customer support on that one? any chance of a cut and paste of the email text?

which brings me to another question, when you ring ebay and put in the pin no. etc how much do you pay for the call..........is it like for a 1300 or are we ringing o/seas - since all the operators clearly are...

Its a 1800 number so 20c or free or whatever you pay these days from a landline or mobile

Foxette - -so now 30 free listngs are regularly available to powersellers too? If that's the case, they certainly haven't made much of a song and dance about it.... most of their policy changes really fly under the radar these days.

seriously even with the 30 free listings (prior to this "special"), I was told on my non PS acc, it was automated when you were entitled to them, and when you'd sold too much.

however there were a computer glitch along the way and I had to hassle them about 5 times to get them to reinstate them.  Basically not sell on that account for over a year!
