I am shocked a buyer just goes leaves negtive feedback says damaged in mail & It was Registered mail!!!
I am really annoyed of as no contact at all from buyer to let me know of the problem so had no knowledge nor any chance to reslove the problem
Why on earth do leave negtive feedback before even contacting the seller & new one at that!!!
The buyer was good and paid swiftly & all good there so postive feedback left well before any issues were heard of.
What makes worse is i posted via Registered post so would have some chance of going throught Auspost
but no chance now as buyer obviosly accepted it & failed to let me know.
Is anything can do get it removed!!???? As buyer never made any contact
Not even a paypal claim this really stupid..

This is common
What I do is automatiocally change my settings to only leave feedback once positive feedback has been left for me, because I have been caught leaving glowing feedback for some people, then they leave a negative over stupid stuff without contacting me first, so you don't even get a chance to resolve it first
It's too late to fix it now - you can go to the reply to feedback page though and leave a follow up comment (just search reply to feedback in the customer support page) You can leave a comment like "No conatct ever made to resolve".
And then put the buyer on your blocked list

I find that very worrying. Hopefully someone will be along soon to let you know of any steps you can take.
My thoughts is ebay needs some kind of system/process in place where this kind of feedback just can't be left willy nilly, some attempt to communicate with the other party should be compulsory, whether this is via the ebay message system or via a dispute etc

Forgot to add - if it was that bad they left you a negative and the item WAS damaged, then they should have sent you some pics first as this would have supported a claim through Australia Post to be reimbursed for the damaged item.
But the buyer would need to send it back to you to do this - or they can make the claim themselves

Contact eBay and request removal on the grounds of obscene language.
Your buyer seems to have a lot of issues with INR's and items being damaged in the mail.... One for the BBL.

Thanks I really worried that it would affect future sales as i do desire to continue to sell
I will do as sugested and put the buyer in my blocked list
I am really annoyed at the buyer not even attempting to contact me as i would cherfully help them out!
Does seem that buyer has no idea how Registered mail works
I posted Registered mail for this percise reason!!
I posted same way the Auspost Recomonded me to.

Packaging was destroyed when arrived, cd cases broken, absolute crap
There is no proof to back up this assertion made publically.
Go to customer support ( top right ).
Type in Defamation Claim
At the right there will be a link.
At the bottom of the description there will be a link to the

Fill it out.
Make a copy of the feedback page.
Get the def form witnessed by a JP.
Photograph all the pages and email as attachments
to the addy supplied on the form.
I hope this helps.

Registered does provide compensation for lost items, but not for damage; AP does not provide fragile service, and it is up to you to pack adequately. It is very rarely that AP deems broken item packed adequately, although if you used one of their CD mailers that should be good enough. The claim for damage has nothing to do with registration.

I mostly use eBay for buying. I DO check feedback BUT, of there's one or two negative comments mixed with lots of positive comments I tend to disregard them. I also read the REPLY & take it into consideration so I think you're pretty safe with only one neg...
With new sellers, the reply to the comment is important as it gives more info to me, the buyer. In this situation, even if the neg was the only feedback, if the reply said something about no communication I would more than likely give you the benefit of the doubt.
Hope that helps a little. I am only one buyer but I know lots of my friends use eBay & they don't even read the feedback for the most part (yes, they get caught out occasionally)!
