I am shocked a buyer just goes leaves negtive feedback says damaged in mail & It was Registered mail!!!
I am really annoyed of as no contact at all from buyer to let me know of the problem so had no knowledge nor any chance to reslove the problem
Why on earth do leave negtive feedback before even contacting the seller & new one at that!!!
The buyer was good and paid swiftly & all good there so postive feedback left well before any issues were heard of.
What makes worse is i posted via Registered post so would have some chance of going throught Auspost
but no chance now as buyer obviosly accepted it & failed to let me know.
Is anything can do get it removed!!???? As buyer never made any contact
Not even a paypal claim this really stupid..

It's fairly clear from his feedback for others as to which sellers were astute enough to send their items with tracking of some sort. 😛
With so many INRs, I'd be very surprised if the Postal Inspectors weren't taking a long hard look at this particular buyer. 😞
BBL for sure, but should be NARU, IMO. And the sooner the better. 😐

In all your hard to read blurb about refunds you say that if an item is faulty it must be returned and as you do not say you will pay the return cost why would a buyer bother contacting you if the item was faulty and only cost a couple of bucks, it would cost more to return than the item was worth.

That user has left a lot of feedback for other people claiming that items haven't arrived....19 times just on the first three pages of feedback (I couldn't be bothered looking through any more). What a scammer!

The buyer from hell
I put them straight on my bbl as they have sometimes bought media, which is mostly what I sell, and I only wish I could weed all these types out somehow and block them.

Yes OP your refund policy is a little long winded
( in the old listings ).
Best stick to 'no refunds accepted' and leave the
long winded stuff to common retail law re dvd's.
Luckily your buyer is not aware of the current INR
situation. I wonder if PayPal themselves are aware
of the current protection afforded by non ebay satchel
C & S Registered Post.

I really think you are over-reacting to that negative.
What it amounts to is the packaging was damaged and the CD cases were broken...no mention of damage to the actual CDs or that they would not play.
I have bought many CDs and DVDs on ebay and it is not that unusual for the cases to be cracked or broken...the cases are quite fragile and will crack if there is something heavy put on them.
I just replace them and get on with life.
Anyone looking at that feedback can see that the negative was a bit OTT for damaged packing and broken cases...especially if they look at the sort of feedback that the buyer is leaving for other sellers.
Your reply to the feedback might have carried more weight if you had corrected your spelling.

"I really think you are over-reacting to that negative."
The op's feedback rating has gone from 100% to 94.5 %!!!. If it were me, I too would be very upset. I suggest you do everything you can to get that neg removed. This buyer is scamming people, and the very least, you may be able to bring it to ebays attention and have this flea warned or banned.

Agree Noddeg - IMO normal responsible sellers tend to be a tad upset or concerned when they receive their first negative 😞
But getting it from an obvious scammer and serial negative giver must particularly sting - ouch :_|X-(
