Hi am going away for 2 weeks. I have over 500 items listed. Asked ebay and their great idea was to go and edit each 500 listings to mention im away or to make my postage times to post much longer. Or do i just take them all off? and then pray they have a free listing when i get home to put them all back on again?

@jellybirddesigns wrote:If you have 500 listings, it would probably be worth it to subscribe to a basic store for under $30.00 a month.
Stores can be put into vacation mode and there is an option to prevent buyers from purchasing at all.
OP runs auctions, which don't work with a store unless they're collectibles.

If you don't need to end them immediately, bulk edit them to 3 days and then use the dropdown menu to remove automatic relist. Even if you have to remove AU individually it's still quicker than ending each one separately. If they've already run more than 3 days of their current cycle you won't be able to change them to 3 days but you can bulk edit them to 5 days to get them to end just that little bit sooner.
If you've known for a while you were going away you should have listed them on a shorter duration so that they'd auto relist and then fall into unsold and not have to be ended early.
If you have business policies set up you could easily change your handling time to 30 days without having to edit individual listings, but I'm not a fan of leaving listings running when you aren't home to post things.

The option to remove the automatic relist is no longer in the dropdown. You have to edit the listing. It would be quicker for the OP to end the listings one by one. They are going to be very busy either way!

I think you can do it using the AUTOMATION option further down on the screen shot ^^
