They are spammers and should be treated like one. I have told them many times that I am not interested and their prices for 1-2 pages designs are just ridiculous. Yet they send me at least teo emails a week pretending their replying to my email to them. I have already repoted them to theior hosting company and am in the process to report them to their domain registrant.
If you need your design to be changed buy a template on ebay for $10-30 and do it yourself.
If they are spamming your email you can report them to compliance@domain-inc.net That the company they have registered their domain with.
