I have a buyer who bought 9 items & hasn't paid.
I've opened unpaid item on first item & it doesn't give me the option on the other eight.. Is this how it works on multiple items (they are all on the one invoice).
The advice said I've opened an unpaid item dispute only on the one item - I'm a tad confused, as I've never had to open one on multiple items before.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If you click on each sold item you can open up an unpaid for each item individually. I like to space them out so they keep getting unpaid item alerts from from eBay (with the hope it might put the wind up them).

Thanks for the reply, but that's not happening. It let me open the first one, but when I click on the others that option doesn't come up.
Thought because they were all on the one invoice it might only open one.
Thoughts or experiences anyone else??

Were they all bought at the same time, or over a few days? If it's over a few days the 4 days on those items may not be up yet.

No, all bought within a minute of each other.
Very frustrating & I don't want to ring Ebay for help because I never get any!

Thanks, I've done that for the first item.
My problem is it won't let me raise an Unpaid Item dispute for the other 8 items.

Thanks everybody for your replies.
Found a way to do it, but still don't know why it wouldn't let me do it from my sold items & then the drop down box for resolve a problem.
For those interested I went in thru Help & Contact, Selling, Completing A Sale, Buyer Didn't pay. It then gives you all items sold & you can pick which items to raise a case on, one by one.
Long winded compared to the usual way, but still achieved same result. Hope this helps any one else who has had a similar problem.
