Sorry, I don't use TL anymore so can't give any specific answers, but I would double-check that you don't have a payment option like Paymate or merchant credit ticked in any of the listings, and that you've also synchronised TL with your eBay ID - they're the only two things I can think of, anyway, but hopefully someone else can provide better insight if that doesn't help.
