Just wanted to know if any members had actually gone through the Ebay defamation process and do Ebay sellers find that policies at times seem different depending on which customer service representative you speak to.

Well, on eBay customer support, my experience is:
Write to eBay, only a handful will be answered/replied, might be around 50%;
Call eBay Australia, most of the time, the customer representatives are not very professional, not even know what am I talking about;
Call eBay US, they tend to be a lot better, much more professional and are interested in helping the seller, on the things they can do.

Yep, Eezi. We replied to the numnut poster who dragged it up.
If we knew if was gunna be gone, we would've left it alone.
Now it just looks stupid.
