Has the no Digital Items rule been lifted?

About 12 months ago I seen digital items on the prohibited. But I cant see it anymore. Is the sale of these items now allowed on eBay Australia?

Aren't your items digital downloads?

Delivery within an hour ('cept when you're sleeping)  seems a bit suss

Uuuummmmm, no. Digital goods have no buyer protection.

UPS worldwide express plus postage. Sounds expensive! 😄

Re: Has the no Digital Items rule been lifted?

Ebay.com policy on digitally delivered goods -

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/downloadable.html

  • You need to list your item only in the Everything Else > Information Products category using only the Classified Ad format.

  • Your listing clearly states that you legally own the content (sometimes called intellectual property) or are authorized to sell it by the owner, the owner's authorized agent, or the law.

Seems you're not in the right category nor do you state that you are the owner

    in your listings

    Just sayin'
