Has the no Digital Items rule been lifted?

About 12 months ago I seen digital items on the prohibited. But I cant see it anymore. Is the sale of these items now allowed on eBay Australia?

Ahhh thank you. So now I've have bought a digital download item, and the download doesnt even work. Am I even going to be able to have my money refunded?

Uuuummmmm, no. Digital goods have no buyer protection.

UPS worldwide express plus postage. Sounds expensive! 😄

Digital goods have protection through paypal, since last year or early this year.  How you prove you didn't get it might be interesting.

I would contact Microsoft, can't remember the address to report fraudulant items in Aus but I am sure google will find it for you.

They take a dim view of people selling their software when it is pirated which yours probablly is, either that or it is an OEM version.

I would also tell the purchaser that you are going to report them to Microsoft and Paypal if they do not refund you within 48 hours.

After that you have to cross your fingers and hope they are situated in a country where Microsoft can 'get' them or Paypal come through for you.
