Help with a return please

How do I purchase a return label.  A sold an item which apparently was not as described.  My photos and hers do differ but I can't be bothered with all the guff.  I will just get the item back and move on.

Went thru ebay process but not sure, do I purchase return label from an Aust Post Store or can I download one somehow.

Thanks

Jan

You have to use Click and Send (Australia Post) to generate a label, and then email it to the buyer through the return process messaging.  It only takes a couple of minutes to open an account with them.  Hopefully the buyer can reuse the packaging you sent it in (eg turn the satchel inside out) and stick it on.

If the buyer subsequently doesn't send the item back, you can claim the cost of the label back from Australia Post.

Just make sure they the buyer has a printer. Might sound stupid but happened to me. Buyer said she didn't have a printer so I ended up having to print a label, post it, she said she never got it , luckily I kept a PDF and printed again and post,ed again.

Just speculating.... and that was nice of you Designers to send a paper copy......  ebay is interested in seeing evidence that a postage label has been provided.... if the buyer can't print it off (which is pretty unlikely in this day and age, given access to printers at the post office, local libraries, officeworks etc etc)  isn't that the buyer's problem?  So if a label has been provided and the buyer subsequently didn't send would ebay accept "don't have a printer" as an excuse? Ha!
