Hello.
This is the first time I have posted a question so if I say something wrong please forgive me. I sold a large number of 44 woolworths dominoes item number is 161643065546 and it finished on the 28th March. They were posted with only $4.50 postage to the buyer I paid the extra for the postage so I could have tracking and hopefully not have another item go missing. They were packed safely in a bubble mailer and were perfectly sealed as I do not have anyone interested in collecting them and there was also an extra one I put in for the buyer. I have just received a message from the buyer telling me that half of them have been opened and there was a lot doubles as well. I would suggest that the buyer opened them and decided he did not want to keep them so now he wants to have his money back. Does any-one have any idea how I should approach the buyer in my message to him and how I should resolve it . He is obviously going to be difficult to deal with judging by his abrupt message to me. Thankyou for any-one who can give me some advise.

me too i have got an answere from a seller , and they said which i thought but wasnt sure , in the right light you can see the number in them and thats why they can say you will get the full set without opening the pack

I find that hard to believe, joe.
I've had hundreds of them. They are sealed like a chip packet.
The inner lining is foil. Can't see how - even in the right light
One seller got back to me. He only said that he 'can guarantee it'
# 161653795880 he's selling 5 sets

Did you post the package to a work address rather than an obvious home address.
I still subscribe to the theory that he has mixed up his sellers.

I'm starting to think he thought he was getting a full set as OP
listed the number 44. OP never stated it was a full set and the
buyer got carried away with the price.
Has opened them and feels cheated. His own fault for not reading properly IMO

Seller #2 has answered with
Good Afternoon,
We have meticulously examined each packet and labelled them appropriately. It is actually quite easy to determine what is inside as the plastic packet is see through, we did so buy using a pen torch. Each packet then was assigned a small numeric sticker on it to correspond with its character.
I tend to think it's employees doing the examining and selling. They are given
out at random at the checkout. You cannot pick and choose

I'm calling poppykok. I might have to get one when I go to Woollies next. They get offered to me when I go, but I have no use for them so decline. I want to know how you can see through foil.
Meticulously examined them, bawahahahahahaha!!!!!

just got another reply theyb asure me it can be done but says they will not give out secrets
you better hurry up sleep the promotion finishes soon.
as i said earlier
and to imastawka you are 100% the employees are selling te sets , if you mised my post earlier at the dandy market this chap had sealed full boxes of 200 for sale , now i wonder how he got them .
look when a chikd or teenager looks at something like the tile packet ,they will look poke check and see if there is a way of telling what is in the package ,and bang a certain angle will expose it ,,this only hellps the person selling them ,there are too many selling full sets un opened to not be true
and tge funny thing is these sellers must be wondering ,why have we had so many messages in the last few hours lol

Wonder if Woolies know their employees are selling them by the
full sealed boxful?!!
Especially when the signs say 'Not for resale'

I would say not! My guess would be the employee would be smuggling them out and then getting someone else to sell them for them. They'd have to be brain dead to try and sell them by the unopened box themselves. Too high a risk of getting caught. I'm surprised that no-one questions the unopened boxes. I suppose they are just so desperate to have them, they don't care that they are buying alleged stolen property!
I know as kids we loved to get the things out of the cereal boxes. It seemed like an eternity between new boxes. We were made to wait until the box was empty before a new one arrived. No way would mum buy extra just so we could get a whole set of something!!
The sad thing about these tiles, plus all the previous cards that people were killing others for, in a year or so they'll just be landfill. I've seen whole sets of the animal cards, in the folder, which people were paying a fortune on here for, at the recovery shop at the tip. Last weeks gimmick I guess.
